These notes are from Ken Baldry's diary entries, stuffed with extra guide book type information. We have included them here in case anyone not au fait with travelling in Spain can use the information. I have posted nothing much about Seville & Grenada, as these popular tourist destinations are well covered on the Internet.

A few notes - Spain is different. If touring around, you may have difficulty getting lunch & dinner is only served in restaurants from nine onwards (21:00). Most of the roads are now very good but motorways are very expensive. However, the signage in towns can be very iffy & careful planning of exits is necessary. We had no trouble finding hotels out of season.

3. Cadiz May 2005

4. In the Sierra Nevada May 2000

5. Antequerra & region May 2000

6. Ken's 2nd Ancestor Tour on the South side of the Pyrenees May 2004

...having discovered that his Mother's ancestors were involved over there.
