Bergen on Norway's Constitution Day - Pictures around the City

Friday 17th May 2014

North Bergen

We were to be in Bergen on the 200th Anniversary of Norway, which had been annexed by Sweden after some centuries of being a Danish province, gaining a Constitution to become a self-governing region of Sweden. Norway did not gain its independence until 1906.
